During birth, you will receive physical support, emotional reassurance, and encouragement. I am your advocate, communicator of preferences with your care team and enforcer. You will always receive evidence-based information to make informed decisions as your birth unfolds.

I do not replace your partner or medical team. I am an addition to the team! As your doula, I am fully dedicated to your comfort, choices, and wellbeing by helping reduce stress and increase the chances of a positive, empowering birth experience.

An experience to help you feel grounded and supported before birth begins.
